Mail, drop off, use drop off box or stop in the office. 8:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. M-F. The office cannot enter charge cards, you will have to do this from home or your smart phone. The office can only accept checks, cash and money orders only.

May 25 -All, parks, playgrounds will open to the public with face masks and social distancing 6 ft. apart.
Organized sports will remain closed until Phase 2. There are no restrooms and sprayparks are closed.
DPH Orders and Guidelines Face Coverings and Masks: All visitors to parks and open space, as well should comply with COVID-19 Order 31 Order Requiring Face Coverings in Public Places Where Social Distancing is Not Possible.The order requires any person over the age of 2, whether indoors or outdoors, to wear a face covering or mask.
Group Size: No groups larger than 10 are allowed to gather, if walking, biking please keep your distance 6 ft. apart and wear a facemask. Parks and Open Space Guidelines: • Visitors should always practice social distancing by remaining 6 feet away from others and adhering to all site-specific rules, regulations, and posted signage regarding permitted uses. • On trails, walker and hikers should move aside and leave room for others to pass, and cyclists and runners
should alert other users when approaching and wait for others to step aside before passing. • After visiting public spaces, users should use wash their hands or use hand sanitizer.
Users should not engage in pick-up games, organized games, or tournaments with large groups. No basketball or sports leagues allowed until further notice. (Waiting for phrase 2)
You can play tennis and pickle ball with guidelines.
The Parks and Recreation Dept.Office - 4 Holcomb Street is closed to the public effective March 17 until further notice.You can mail, use our drop-off box.
